ProProgram is a training program designed for those who truly want to deepen their contemporary practice. It is not a drop-in class, it is not a one-time intensive: it is a continuous training space where different branches of the style are worked on in order to build more complete dancers.
Classes

Each month, a different line of contemporary is approached with a professional specialized in their area. Improvisation as a tool for research and freedom of movement. Floorwork to master the floor with technique, fluidity, and control. Choreography as a space for interpretation, precision, and stage presence.

The idea is to understand movement from different approaches, expand resources, and step out of the comfort zone. Each discipline adds a different layer to the body and to the way of dancing, making the process solid and progressive.

ProProgram is designed for people committed to their training, who seek consistency, depth, and real evolution. There is the possibility of attending single classes, but the essence of the program lies in experiencing it fully, understanding the process as a journey and not as something punctual.

Limited spots to guarantee careful and high-quality work. If you want to train with intention, expand your tools, and take your contemporary to another level, this is your space.

For management reasons, no full or partial refunds of the ProProgram will be made under any circumstances.

There is only the option to recover one class in case of injury or illness duly justified. For this, it is essential to notify at least 24 hours in advance and present a valid medical certificate.

Without the presentation of a medical certificate, class recovery will not be allowed under any circumstances.

In case of meeting these requirements, the class must be recovered within a maximum period of one calendar month from the date of absence.
Recovery can only be done by attending one of the following classes taught by the direction:

  • Intermediate Contemporary — Tuesday at 12:00
  • Lyrical — Friday at 20:00
  • Technical Foundation — Friday at 11:00

There are no other recovery options outside of these classes. In the case that, due to an injury or illness that has been proven through a medical certificate, it has not been possible to attend during a full period, recoveries must be carried out within the established timeframes, and financial refunds will not be considered under any circumstances.

Berta BSO

From the moment I took the first class, I felt the need to repeat it. The atmosphere is very professional and safe, and every day I learn something new thanks to Andrea’s attentiveness to each student.

Laia Leiva

I’m very happy with Elevate’s classes. Andrea makes everything easy to understand and practical. The classes are very productive, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, which makes you feel comfortable from day one.

Amanda Rose

Returning to dance with Elevate after a serious injury has rekindled my passion for dance. I’m so glad I did it, especially with Andrea’s professionalism and close relationship with her students.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I feel lost if I don’t attend the first day when a new choreography is taught in the Lyrical class?

No. You can attend the class any Friday without any problem.

The choreographies are always explained from the beginning in each session, so it is not necessary to have attended previous classes in order to follow the class normally.

No. Technical Foundation classes are designed to be worked on with continuity, as this is the way in which real technical progress can be appreciated.

However, if you have never taken this class before, you can come and try one session for €17*.

*You can find more information in the Technical Foundation section of the website.

No. If you have never practiced contemporary dance, we recommend starting with the Contemporary Absolute Beginner Training.

This training takes place two or three times during the course and has a duration of four months, and is specifically designed for people who are starting from zero.

It is not necessary to be a professional dancer.

The Pro Program has a professional approach and is aimed at students with an advanced level or, at minimum, an intermediate level, so it is not suitable for people who have never danced.

When we refer to “professional,” we are mainly referring to the approach, the environment, and the objective of the classes, but it is not essential to work professionally in dance or to have an extremely high level in order to participate.

The Pro Program Junior is designed for students aged 12 and above.

If you are younger than that but are interested in participating, you can contact our team so that we can evaluate your specific case. Depending on the level and abilities of the student, the possibility of making an exception could be considered.

Contemporary
It is recommended to wear long pants and a short- or long-sleeved t-shirt. It is preferable to avoid tank tops, open-back tops, and shorts, especially for people who are starting in this style.

Technical Foundation
It is recommended to wear clothing that is as fitted as possible, as it allows the teacher to better observe body alignment and provide more precise technical corrections.

Lyrical
You can wear whatever clothing you feel most comfortable in for dancing.

No. All the material necessary for the class is provided by the center itself.

Competition groups are aimed at dancers with an intermediate or advanced level.

In order to access them, it is necessary to complete a prior audition, with the objective of evaluating whether the student’s level matches the group’s requirements.

For management reasons, no refunds are made for either single classes or monthly passes.

Classes can only be recovered in case of injury or illness, provided that prior notice is given and a medical certificate is presented.

If recovery is possible, the class must be completed within a maximum period of one calendar month.

At Elevate, we mainly offer classes aimed at intermediate and advanced levels, but we also have options designed for people who are starting or who want to strengthen their technical base.

Among these are Technical Foundation, which is open to all levels, as well as the Contemporary Absolute Beginner Training, where we teach contemporary from zero.

If you still have doubts about which class could best suit your level or experience, do not hesitate to contact our team and we will be happy to guide you.

Your spot is fully reserved once the payment for the class, training, or corresponding pass has been completed.
