New Training Program, Prorprogram Junior

The ProProgram Junior is a professional training program for young dancers (ages 13-17) that was created as an extension of the ProProgram, adapted for dancers under 18 who want more comprehensive, consistent, and professional training. It focuses on contemporary, technical, and lyrical dance, and the training will be primarily led by renowned professionals such as Kayli López, Adrián Espinosa, and our director, Andrea Sala. Throughout the course, we will also have guest instructors who will bring fresh perspectives and styles, broadening their training and pushing them beyond their comfort zones.

The goal is to develop versatile dancers with physical resources, body control, and stage presence. This program is designed for pre-teens and teenagers who know they want to dedicate themselves to dance, or at least take their training to a more professional level, and feel that a weekly class is no longer enough. It’s not just another extracurricular activity. It’s a space of challenge, commitment, and real growth, where a solid technical foundation and a mindset of consistent work are built.

Every Friday, training is structured as follows:

1 hour and 30 minutes of mandatory technique, flexibility, and physical conditioning.

1 hour and 30 minutes of rotating specialization (contemporary, lyrical, acrobatics applied to dance, interpretation and stage presence, or improvisation).

ProProgram Junior is designed for those who feel they want to take the next step and begin training with a professional mindset from a young age. Limited spaces are available to ensure personalized attention and careful instruction.

Instructors:

  • Kayli López, Technique (every Friday from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM)
  • Adrián Espinosa, Floorwork + Acrobatics/Contemporary (1 Friday per month)
  • Andrea Sala, Lyrical and Improvisation.
